PAYMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS

RECEIPTS AND INVOICES
PURCHASE RECEIPT
The purchase receipt will be sent to your email or you can check it in your account.
GIFT RECEIPT
You can request a gift receipt for all your purchases.
Once your order is complete, you can access your purchase details in your account and download your gift receipt.
The gift receipt does not include the price of the items.
INVOICE
You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or company. The invoice will be sent together with your order if you have filled in the "NIF (optional)" field.

When we process your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, cost and estimated delivery date. (Only on business days)
Please note that the shipping address for your order must be within the same market/region where you made the purchase.
DELIVERY TO STORE

Please remember that you have 10 days to collect your order. The person collecting the order will need to present an identification document and indicate the order number.
HOME DELIVERY
Shipping cost may vary depending on the type of item:
Standard size items: 2-3 working days - €4.60
*Special shipping conditions apply to the Azores and Madeira.
Large items : The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the item. This amount is not cumulative, only the highest cost will be charged once, regardless of the variety and units purchased. You will be able to see the shipping cost during checkout.
*Please note that if your order contains large volume items, delivery times may be affected.
You will receive email and text message updates about the status of your order and its delivery.

RETURNS
If you purchased from our website or App, it is not necessary to print and attach the purchase receipt for your order with your shipment.
If you made your purchase from a device in our stores, you must print the purchase receipt and attach it.
These are the options available for returning items:
IN THE STORE
You can return the product to any Zara Home store in the same market where you purchased the item.
Don't forget to always carry a printed copy of your purchase receipt or show it on your mobile phone.
AT HOME
Returns will cost from €3.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Return fees vary depending on the item. This amount is not cumulative and the highest amount will only be charged once, regardless of the variety and units returned. You will be able to see the cost when requesting the return, whether you make the purchase through your user or as a guest.
If you made the purchase using an account on our website: log in with your username and password. You can make a return request on the order details screen. We will send a courier to collect the order from the address of your choice within 24 to 48 hours.
If you made the purchase as an unregistered user: request a refund by clicking on the link that appears in the emails we sent you about your order.
DELIVERY POINT
If you made your purchase using your account on our website : log in with your username and password. In the order details, you can request a return and choose the nearest delivery point.
If you made the purchase as a guest: request a refund using the link provided in all emails we sent you about your order.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a return sticker that you must print and take with the package to the chosen collection point.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the email confirming the shipment of your order.
Please remember that you will need your purchase receipt to return items.
Items you return must be in the same condition as you received them.
Household appliances sold by Zara Home in collaboration with other brands can only be returned in the original packaging of said brand.
REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase. If you used more than one payment method, you will be refunded proportionally using both payment methods.
You will receive confirmation of the refund by email once it has been made. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please present this confirmation to your bank to speed up the process.
If we are unable to process your refund using the original payment method, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to receive your refund via bank transfer.
